They say

Explore Cuisine is a healthier alternative to traditional pasta that looks, cooks and preserves the texture the same as regular pasta. Crafted from organic beans, chickpeas and lentils, unlike standard wheat pasta, Explore Cuisine is: Delicious, nutritious, colourful and easy to prepare; Gluten-free; High in protein and High in fibre.

We say

Out of the two products that I tested, Organic Edamame Spaghetti was my favourite. The flavour is noticeably different but tasty and it looked really good on the plate alongside the few extras I prepared.   Whilst the Edamame & Mung Bean Fettuccine was still tasty,  I was less keen on the flavour and the overall look.

That said, this brand is one that I would try again. Gluten free, healthy and a good option if you’re looking for something different, this pasta will make dinner time a bit more interesting and that is something to smile about.

Value for Money:

Yes. Whilst pricey, in buying you are receiving the additional benefits of protein and nutrients included.

Buy or Bye?

Buy.
