Get The Look Beauty: Colourwash Eyes

Overview

Nothing beats a beauty trend that can be adequately copied by the most artistically challenged of beauty fans.  With myself being one of them I’m all for one of SS17’s hottest beauty trends – colourwash eyes. There’s no blending, contouring or any other technique involved – just a block of neatly applied colour on your lids.  The summer catwalks were awash – no pun intended – with colourful eyes with not a hint of smokey or shading in sight.  Sportmax, Jill Stuart, Victoria Beckham, Anna Sui, Kenzo, Hermès and Tadashi Shoji were just a handful of the designers that rocked the look and all you need to emulate these looks are tidy brows (the more natural looking the better) some mascara and a good kohl eyeliner. Opt for pastel shades for the office and go as bright as you like for the evening!
