Health & Fitness: To Gym or not to Gym…

I’ve just gone through another break up and I couldn’t be happier. No, not with a boy –  I’ve cancelled my gym membership…again…for the umpteenth time.  I’ve come to terms with the fact that I’m just not a gym person. Whilst I love working out (I joined my first gym at 14..) I have the attention span of a goldfish…ok that’s a huge exaggeration but I tend to loose interest in any form of routine (work or play) after about six months. I’ve just cancelled my ninth gym membership and it will be my last…I think…I hope…ok, the jury’s still out.  It’s the story of my life – I have the best intentions for the first six months and then I get bored. Pay monthly gyms are just not conducive for me anymore  particularly working as a freelancer in fashion as my schedule changes on a day to day basis. As present pay as you go gyms don;t offer the variety of classes that would entice me so instead I’ve been on the hunt for exciting (and intensive) drop in/pay as you go fitness classes in London.  So, rather than keep my new found information to myself I’ve decided to share it with  you in the hope that it too can add a little spice to your current regime.

I’ve picked out 8 London based classes that have piqued my interest. (I’ll also be reviewing them over the next few weeks so keep checking back to read the reviews).
