This week we’d thought we’d let the boys get a look in so our style icon is model Oliver Cheshire. With a pop star girlfriend and a jet set lifestyle it’s easy to see the appeal of the young man from Hitchin. He’s more than simply Pixie Lott’s impeccably dressed other half.
He was scouted by Select Model Management as a young teenager and has worked with Calvin Klein, Jack Wills, Dolce & Gabbana, Missoni, Superdry, Abercrombie & Fitch, Paul Smith, Hollister, Vivienne Westwood, Gap and Marks and Spencer amongst others.
Cheshire has the ability to make anything he wears look dapper – whether it’s a smart suit or casual denim. His style expertise has also landed him a gig as a columnist for Telegraph Men. He’s also a regular pundit during London Collection’s Men.
Rumour has it that M&S announced a 50% increase in male swimwear after Cheshire fronted their campaign. Although male models potentially have a longer shelf life then their female counterparts expect to see Cheshire make the move into acting soon. Yes – it may be clichéd but Cheshire was actually in drama school when he was plucked from obscurity so let’s hope he was there long enough to pick up a few tips!
