Overview

  • Pros:

    Neutralises redness instantly
Texture is not too thick or runny
    Blends easily into skin
    Does not cake
    Does not irritate skin
    Good coverage

  • Cons:

Gives skin a yellow tinge where redness is not present, does not match skin tone very well

  • Conclusion:

A very effective colour-correcting concealer when it comes to redness. The product is green when dispensed but blends into your skin and sits well. I used this on my redder areas – my nose and t-zone – and the redness disappeared instantly.

Contains Biolin, a skin prebiotic proven to repair the skin barrier to improve moisture retention in the skin and reduce capillary leakage. A principle ingredient is a patented caper extract called Derma Sensitive, which has been proven in clinical trials to reduce skin redness and sensitivity by up to 70%. Free from parabens, perfumes, SLS and MI.

We say

A very effective colour-correcting concealer when it comes to redness. The product is green when dispensed but blends into your skin and sits well. I used this on my redder areas – my nose and t-zone – and the redness disappeared instantly. Likewise, for angry spots and irritation. It also has a pore-blurring effect when applied to skin without primer.  I used it on some days without any foundation or BB cream and it provided great coverage. The Kalme Chameleon Concealer looked fantastic under foundation or a light dusting of powder, and it did not budge all day, even in warmer weather. It also doubled up as a moisturiser and did not feel greasy in the slightest. Though perhaps more suited to someone with more redness, it gave my skin a yellow tinge and did not match my skin tone at all when applied to non-red blemishes, so I had to be careful to limit it to redder areas only and blend thoroughly. Otherwise a fantastic concealer.

Packaging

Sleek white bottle with a metallic top and transparent cap. Pump nozzle dispenses a good amount of product each time.

Effectiveness

Everything you could ask for in a colour corrector for redness. Best suited to someone with pronounced acne or red patches.

Value for money

A tad pricey for a colour corrector but a fantastic buy if you are looking for an effective solution to redness.
