5 Times Kim Kardashian Gave Dodgy Weight Loss Advice

Kim Kardashian is determined to get down to 115 pounds (8.2 stone) and has resorted to working out in a sweatsuit to drop the last of her baby weight. And before you jump on the internet to bag yourself one in the hope of dropping the pounds too let us save you the trouble because the only pounds you’ll be dropping long-term are the sterling kind. Working out in a sweatsuit will make you loose water but will not burn anymore calories than you would in normal workout gear. So Kim you’re barking up the wrong tree on this one and it’s not the first time i the stylist has given a wide berth to the Kardashian’s “diet” advice.  Let’s look at a few other times Ms Kardashian-West and her sisters have given questionable weight-loss advice…

Our advice? Ditch the pills and expensive slimming aids because nothing beats exercise and sensible eating…
