Woman Crush Wednesday: Millie Bobby Brown

Woman Crush Wednesday: Millie Bobby Brown

Millie Bobby Brown may not actually count as a grown woman but at just 13 she is inspiring us all. The Stranger Things actress has been all over news  following her Emmy nomination as ‘Best Supporting Actress in a Drama Series’.  Making her the youngest actress to receive this nomination. She also made her New York Fashion Week debut last month with Coach with a coveted front row spot.  She’s our new ‘it-girl.’

Last week on 11th of October was International Girls Day and I believe Millie sets a great example for young girls. She proves that girls can accomplish anything no matter how young they are. Having the title of the youngest ‘Best Supporting Actress…’ nominee, Millie is setting an inspiring example for girls her age. So this week our Woman (Girl) Crush Wednesday is the young British actress Millie Bobby Brown – a star in making!

Why we love her

Millie Bobby Brown

Least likely to…watch Jaws or any movie with sharks in it. In an interview with Vulture, the young actress said she was afraid of sharks.

Millie Bobby Brown

Impress her with…your knowledge in boxing. The actress is a devoted boxing fan. She goes to the gym a lot, practising Thai boxing and Jujitsu.

Millie Bobby Brown

Mention…Winona Ryder. Millie was a huge fan of Winona Ryder and she is ecstatic to work with Winona in Stranger Things.

Millie Bobby Brown

And another thing… she got her American accent from watching Disney Channel shows when she was little.
